Capestone 4G All-in One Box
Capestone’s 4G All-in One Box is specially designed to easily and quickly install a complete network including a built-in PoE+ switch at a location. This box consists of the following products and services:
- 4G router LTE Cat.4 150Mbps/50Mbps up & download
- 4 x PoE+ ports with 802.3af and 802.3at to power 4x other devices
- 5x 1GB LAN Ethernet ports for wired connection of 5x other devices
- Robust housing including 4G antenna for good reception of 4G signal
- External approachable SIM slot for both Public 4G and Private 4G SIM cards
- Remote Management, Remote Connect & Support
- Power cable
Verticals and Use Cases
The 4G All-in One Box is used for many applications, including the following use cases:
- Events: for temporary events at home and abroad, the 4G All-in One Box can be used to make fast reliable Internet available for ATMs, Handscanners and Printers, among others.
- Healthcare: to be used as a source of connectivity for IoT devices such as cameras or as an Internet box for locations where fixed Internet cabling is not possible.
- Construction: unlocking data from surveillance cameras, internet connection for temporary construction sites, internet for construction huts.
- Fixed Wireless Access: the 4G All-in One Box is good to deploy as a temporary or permanent 4G solution for businesses that are moving, for example, have no wired Internet capability, or as a backup to another solution.
- Private Networks: the box can also be part of a Private LTE network
- Maritime: Internet for barges and connecting cameras or other devices aboard a vessel.
Remote Management, Remote Connect & Router Management
The 4G All-in One Box comes standard with years of remote management so you can easily manage the router for your projects and customers. Features of Remote Management include:
- The 4G All-in One Box comes with a license for 10 years of remote management
- A Remote Management Package with 150GB of Remote Management data, usable in more than 100 countries.
- Connect with devices connected behind the 4G router
- Real-time alerts, Group configuration & changes
- Access via HTTP/HTTPS or SSH and configuration via WEB UI or CLI
4G data connectivity incl. Fixed IP address
The 4G All-in One Box comes standard without a public or private LTE SIM card. As an IoT connectivity provider, Capestone offers various 4G data sim solisnons for every region and application:
- Unlimited 4G Internet for the Netherlands: on both the KPN and Odido networks, Capestone offers “Really Unlimited” subscriptions incl. up to 1,000 GB of data per month and incl. fixed IP address
- Unlimited 4G Internet for Belgium: on the Orange Belgium network, Capestone offers “Truly Unlimited” subscriptions incl. up to 1,000 GB of data per month.
- Prepaid 4G SIM: If you do not use the Box every month, for example for events or seasonal solutions at campsites, a 4G prepaid solution may also be of interest. This purchased 4G data has a standard shelf life of 12 months, but Capestone can also offer further customization with Prepaid 4G sims with a shorter shelf life, such as 1, 3 or 6 months. All Prepaid 4G Sims can be managed in the Capestone Prepaid Portal(https://prepaid.capestone.com/) where you can see your own data usage, activate SIMS and top up data bundles. Fixed IP addresses can also be ordered on Prepaid SIMs.
