NetCloud Solution Packages include technical support during the subscription period. All Cradlepoint hardware comes with a standard warranty of at least 3 years if you purchase the product through an authorized Cradlepoint distributor such as Capestone.

On top of that, Cradlepoint offers warranty as long as the product is under a NetCloud Solution Package subscription (limited lifetime warranty). Five years after the purchase date, the value of the warranty begins to decrease, which includes the following:

Up to 5 years: replacement with a similar or new product.
After 5-7 years: 30% credit of the MSRP of an equivalent product when purchasing a similar or new product.
After 7-10 years: 20% credit of the MSRP of an equivalent product with the purchase of a similar or new product.
After 10+ years: 10% credit of the MSRP of an equivalent product upon the purchase of a comparable or new product.
