Support Employee IoT

As a Support Associate IoT, you will be an important link in service delivery, accessibility and communication with our partners, resellers and customers.

Primarily provide support on the delivered products and services in the areas of 4G/5G mobile networking and M2M/IoT connectivity. In addition, you are involved in pre-sales activities and integral part of projects from a technical perspective. You are independent, accurate, customer-focused, like to work hard and have an affinity for IT, IoT and new technologies such as 5G. From your technical expertise you know how to promote sales through solid technical support and advice towards employees, resellers and their customers.

You provide an expertise role to be able to help our resellers on their way with the most common technical and application questions in the field of 4G/5G and IoT. You are the proverbial point of inquiry, the product specialist, both for customers and other Capestone employees. You think in terms of technical but also where necessary commercial solutions and know how to translate customer problems into sales of various products from the Capestone portfolio.

Tasks and duties

  • You will provide technical support & advice by phone and remotely
  • You will manage various cloud management portals from our vendors
  • Configuring routers & sim cards within the Capestone Solutions portfolio.
  • If desired, negotiable to do installations locally in Holland.

What we expect from you

  • You have a completed MBO education
  • You are eager to learn and take initiative.
  • You like structure and can work in a process-oriented manner.
  • You have an affinity for IT, Telecom, AI and/or new technologies such as 5G
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English – German is an advantage.
