A Temporary Business Internet package ensures that customers are completely unburdened and can remain focused on their business. Ordering package through the portal
You can do so by paying the first month’s subscription. We will contact you for the deposit and to finalize the contract.
PLEASE NOTE: we cannot process your request until both the package and deposit are paid.
Delivery or installation
The package can be delivered:
- By mail at €19.95
- By our technician who installs it at your location at € 295.
Payment and deposit
When ordering a Temporary Internet package from Capestone, you pay one month’s rent in advance and a deposit of €150. If you return the package undamaged and on time, you will receive a refund of the deposit.
Cancellation and package return
The termination date of a Temporary Internet package is always the last day of a calendar month. The invoice you receive afterwards will reflect the (prorated) subscription cost per calendar month and your prepayment. You cancel the subscription in writing, no later than 4 business days before the end of the calendar month.
Example: You order a Temporary Internet package on April 15. You want to cancel the package by June 30, then cancel the package by June 25. Also, please make sure the package is back with us no later than July 14.

Once our RMA department has checked your package, you will receive the deposit back within 7 business days. If any parts from the package are damaged, you will receive a statement of the cost from us. This amount will be deducted from the deposit.

*Monthly fair-use policy
To ensure the affordability and availability of the solution, a fair-use policy of 1000 GB is applied. There is no daily limit, but additional fees are charged if consumption exceeds 1,000 GB per calendar month.
