The Premium Temporary Internet Package is specially formulated for anyone who wants to temporarily rent a fast and redundant Internet connection in the Netherlands and cannot afford downtime. This package offers the highest standard in terms of routers in cooperation with Cradlepoint, Teltonika, Huawei and Peplink. Dhe high-end router ensures that a blazingly fast WiFi connection can be built to process data for all employees including VoIP telephony, uploading and downloading cloud files and sending print jobs over the network.
The Temporary Internet Premium package is redundant with two sim cards: Comgate Real Unlimited from KPN IoT and a Backup sim from Odido. The “Comgate 4G/5G Truly Unlimited NL” is a managed M2M/IoT data subscription and provides worry-free access to the KPN mobile network in the Netherlands. And offers the highest data speed available in the Netherlands, with no daily limit*. Connectivity includes a fixed IP address.
The Temporary Internet Premium package comes with a router with a dual sim. This allows the router to automatically switch to another Internet connection if the main connection fails. Once the main connection is functioning again, the router switches back to it as soon as possible, this is called fallback. Because the package comes with a fixed IP address, it can be configured for a firewall just like a traditional Internet connection, if one is present. Should the primary KPN connection with fixed IP address fail, the connection will continue on the Odido network using a public dynamic IP address.

Ordering package through the portal
You can do so by paying the first month’s subscription. We will contact you for the deposit and to finalize the contract.

Delivery or installation
The package can be delivered:
- By mail at €19.95
- By our technician who installs it at your location at € 295.
Payment and deposit
When ordering a Temporary Internet package from Capestone, you pay one month’s rent in advance and a deposit of €150. If you return the package undamaged and on time, you will receive a refund of the deposit.
Cancellation and package return
The termination date of a Temporary Internet package is always the last day of a calendar month. The invoice you receive afterwards will reflect the (prorated) subscription cost per calendar month and your prepayment. You cancel the subscription in writing, no later than 4 business days before the end of the calendar month.
Example: You order a Temporary Internet package on April 15. You want to cancel the package by June 30, then cancel the package by June 25. Also, please make sure the package is back with us no later than July 14.

Once our RMA department has checked your package, you will receive the deposit back within 7 business days. If any parts from the package are damaged, you will receive a statement of the cost from us. This amount will be deducted from the deposit.

*Monthly fair-use policy
To ensure the affordability and availability of the solution, a fair-use policy of 1000 GB is applied. There is no daily limit, but additional fees are charged if consumption exceeds 1,000 GB per calendar month.
