Sales Manager – Germany

As Sales Manager, you are responsible for the further expansion of the sales and portfolio in Germany. You will work closely together with the Sales Director IoT EMEA and Marketing Director on a daily basis. The Sales Manager will further enthuse existing partners of Capestone in Germany and is actively looking for new partners and sales channels. The Sales Manager will onboard new partners, facilitate training and further guide and support them to be successful within key sectors and verticals.

Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Acquisition and onboarding of new resellers.
  • Maintaining and expanding turnover with existing resellers.
  • Making annual and business plans as well as their execution.
  • Participate in various projects and events at national and international level.

What we expect from you:

  • You have a passion for sales and enjoy switching between technology and commerce.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and an energetic positive attitude.
  • Experience with sales and distribution in Telecom, IT and/or IoT.
  • You have affinity with new technologies such as 5G.
  • Fluent in Dutch and German. English is an advantage.
