Business Development Manager

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take our sales of Teltonika Networks 4G/5G routers and Teltonika Telematics GPS trackers to the next level. What will you do? As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer portfolio in Europe. You will work closely with our sales team and marketing to offer innovative wireless connectivity and telematics products to companies in diverse sectors such as logistics, transportation, telecom, and industrial automation.

Tasks and duties

  • Actively generate new leads and develop customer relationships.
  • Advise our partners and customers on appropriate Teltonika solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide upselling and cross-selling.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events and product demonstrations.
  • Stay up-to-date on product innovations, market developments and competition.

What we expect from you

  • You have a completed mbo or hbo education, preferably in a commercial field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in networking, telematics, or IoT.
  • Strong commercial skills
  • Affinity with technology and affinity with 4G/5G networks and GPS tracking solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented and proactive mindset.
