Once our RMA department has checked your package, you will receive the deposit back within 7 business days. If any parts from the package are damaged, you will receive a statement of the cost from us. This amount will be deducted from the deposit. Please return the package in a timely manner: no later than 2 working days after the end of the agreed rental period. Example: Ordered on April 3 for 2 months is returned no later than June 5.
If you rent for more than 1 month, we collect the rent by direct debit.
