This SIM card can also be used for primary internet applications and use cases where data usage fits within this bundle, and where the solution is managed in the router or device. Think of internet for 5G routers with WiFi for ATMs, digital signage, internet for cash register systems or tablets.
Capestone’s 5G Back-up solutions are available for Europe, are supplied with a 5G router and customised 5G data bundle. All connected SIM cards also automatically and free of charge form a group bundle (pooled), which means that data usage is distributed across all SIM cards.

Fortunately, Capestone meets the need to always have a working internet connection. With the 5G Back-up All-In-One package, your customers also have a fast and stable internet connection via 5G in the event of a malfunction.
In the 5G Back-up package you have a 5G data bundle of 1 GB to 100 GB Pooled bundles per month. If you use more, you use a Pay-as-you-go model with a rounding per GB. This gives you access to the internet via 5G. The SIM cards are completely network independent but have more than 600 roaming partners worldwide, so always excellent reception. If you take out multiple subscriptions with us, you can link the data bundle to each other (pooled data). Different users can use 1 data bundle in this way.
If the main connection (internet via fiber optic or cable) fails, it is automatically replaced by the 5G backup connection. The Back-up All-in One package ensures that work in the office can continue, without damage to the image or organization. In this way, the package is a smart investment and prevents the work processes from coming to a standstill and the resulting costs in your organization or that of your customers.
Capestone makes it even easier for partners because the 5G Back-up subscription is also available
as a Managed service. Comgate will take care of the entire service for you. If you have any questions, you will have access to our Support department so that you can focus on business-critical matters. All hardware is fully configured to your wishes, so that you or your customer can immediately start using or install the solution upon receipt.

Once our RMA department has checked your package, you will receive the deposit back within 7 working days. If any parts of the package are damaged, you will receive an overview of the costs. This amount will be deducted from the deposit. Please return the package in time: no later than 2 working days after the end of the agreed rental period. Example: Ordered on April 3 for 2 months, should be returned by June 5 at the latest. If you rent for longer than 1 month, we will collect the rent via direct debit.

Your subscription will be renewed automatically after the term of 24 months. If you want to cancel your Backup subscription, please send an email to support@comgate.io stating “cancellation of Backup package”. After expiration of the subscription you should return the router and SIM card from the Back-up package to:
