The Ubiquiti UniFi Switch Pro 48 PoE is a 48-port gigabit Layer 3 switch with 40×802.3at PoE+ ports. 8x 802.3bt PoE++ ports and 4x 10GB SFP+ ports. The UniFi Switch Pro 48 PoE features a comprehensive set of Layer 2 capabilities and integrates Layer 3 functionality such as inter-VLAN routing, static routing and DHCP server. The UniFi Switch Pro 48 PoE is the ideal access layer switch for any UniFi solution, combining up to 600W of virtually silent PoE power with UniFi SmartPower RPS power redundancy. For example, connect access points, IP cameras and VoIP phones to the managed 48-port switch and power and data to these devices simultaneously.
Non-Blocking Throughput
The 48-port models feature Gigabit Ethernet ports in a compact form factor. For its total non-blocking throughput, each UniFi switch supports up to 88 Gbps.
Switching Capacity
The UniFi Switch Pro 48 PoE provides the switching capacity to simultaneously process traffic on all ports at line rate without packet loss, with a switching capacity of 176 Gbps.
Centralized management via UniFi Controller
All Ubiquiti UniFi products can be centrally managed via UniFi Controller. This is Ubiquiti’s user-friendly management system that can be accessed from any web browser. Through UniFi Controller the settings and network management of the switches can be changed, managed and analyzed. In doing so, the status of the network is made transparent through a dashboard, overview maps and graphs. Also, the UniFi Controller offers the ability to manage multiple locations.
