The RS232 / RS485 functionality of the FMB125 allows you to connect third-party devices such as: multiple LLS sensors, GARMIN navigation device, RFID readers or other RS232 / RS485 devices.
GPS tracker to be used with Teltonika CAN adapter to read OBD
The Teltonika FMB125 GPS tracker can be used with Teltonika CAN adapters. That way, your customer can receive even more data, namely from the vehicle’s CAN bus. Whether working with light or heavy vehicles, Teltonika CAN readers can read OBD on 1800 different models of vehicles.
Extra reliable due to dual SIM
The FMB125 is extra reliable because it fits two SIM cards at the same time! Even if the main SIM card does not connect, this keeps the FMB125 online anyway. Moreover, by using two SIM cards, your customer can significantly reduce their roaming costs.
GPS tracker including internal memory
Should the FMB125 have no GSM signal, it stores data on the internal 128MB micro-SD card.
Tracker with Bluetooth: easy configuration and communication
This tracker supports Bluetooth and is also Bluetooth OBD2 adapter, this has the following advantages:
- It allows your customer to wirelessly read their vehicle data (On Board Diagnostics) and sensor readings. It can also clear faults in the OBD2;
- The tracker is configurable with Bluetooth; a single push connects the device to the configurator. So your customer will never again have to search for their tracker in hard-to-reach places to connect a USB cable to it;
- Your customer can call their drivers via Bluetooth, they can take calls via a headset. There is no need for a phone, so the employee keeps his hands free.
Tracker with internal battery: data transmission continues when engine is off
Due to the internal battery, the tracker stays online and continues sending data when the vehicle’s engine is off.
Access control and load control possible through 1-Wire protocol
The FMB125 GPS tracker supports the 1-Wire protocol. This means you can authorize up to 500 different people to use the vehicle and connect temperature sensors. Through iButton or RFID ID, you can prevent unauthorized access to your fleet, and temperature sensors allow you to monitor your cargo.
