Temporary Internet for Business use
More and more companies choose a 4G router in combination with Unlimited 4G for a temporary internet solution. A Temporary Business Internet package ensures that customers are completely unburdened and can continue to focus on their business. Temporary Business Internet from Capestone is intended to facilitate resellers and channel partners in providing emergency internet for their customers.

Ordering a package via the portal
You can do so by paying the first month’s subscription. We will contact you for the deposit and to conclude the contract.
NOTE: We can only process your request if both the package and the deposit have been paid.
Delivery or installation
The package can be delivered:
- By post at € 19.95
- By our engineer who installs it at your location at € 295, –
- Payment and deposit
When you order a Temporary Internet package from Capestone, you pay one month rent in advance and a deposit of € 150. If you return the package undamaged and on time, you will receive the deposit back.
Cancelling and returning a package
The termination date of a Temporary Internet package is always the last day of a calendar month. On the invoice that you receive afterwards, you will find the (proportionate) subscription costs per calendar month and your prepayment. You cancel the subscription in writing, no later than 4 working days before the end of the calendar month.
Example: You order a Temporary Internet package on April 15. You want to cancel the package on 30 June, then you cancel the package no later than 25 June. You also make sure that the package is back with us no later than July 14.
After the rental period ends, you can return the Capestone Temporary Internet package to:

Once our RMA department has checked your package, you will receive the deposit back within 7 working days. If any parts of the package are damaged, you will receive an overview of the costs. This amount will be deducted from the deposit.

*Monthly fair-use policy
To ensure the affordability and availability of the solution, a fair-use policy of 1000 GB is applied. There is no daily limit, but additional fees are charged if consumption exceeds 1,000 GB per calendar month.
