As of September 1 Nicky van den Berg has been appointed Customer Success Manager for Capestone and Comgate. An important role as link between partners and the internal organization.
With her background as project leader, Nicky will play a central role between the Sales and Support departments by providing them with operational support for national and international assignments and projects. Her expertise lies mainly in connecting internal and external organization and processes.
In addition, Nicky has been hired to onboard new resellers, improve customer contact in the broadest sense of the word and optimize all work processes within the organizations. “I can’t wait to get started.
